Can we transfer progression ?

Question

I noticed some courses needs to be done multiple time, for example, if you want to take python and SQL courses you will be obliged to do the same courses twice if not even more, because both "certificates" contains python.
So, as you might understand, I wanted to know if that was possible to "transfer" progress bitween courses to not do the same lessons twice.
