How to creat a Database in PHP local server and how to define this in wamp server

Open phpmyadmin from localhost dashboard,
and check the location with margin-top:50px and margin-left:120px,
you may see create database there.
If no, then search from top to the half of the homepage of phpmyadmin,
after then, type the name of database and create.
