Explain comments in java

Can you guys write an explain comment for my code line by line or in the lines have new idea ?
I wrote my code but i want a professional explain comments for it to have more reach knowledge

That's not rocket science. You should comment only the necessary. You don't need comments like "created object". You could have a comment to explain F_31 class porpuse or just rename the class for something that is meaningful.

Just use comments to explain parts of code that is just impossible to guess why the code is there and please don't abuse. Remember, something is wrong when you have a class or a function with to many comments.
