I can not comment one code
I wanted to write a comment to a code, but the app says "no connection", even if I have it. It only happens when I try to comment a code. What should I do? Thank you in advance for your help

I’m sorry, this is a bug :(
1. restart your device
2. delete and reinstall SoloLearn
3. contact info@sololearn.com

Make sure that your sololearn account is activated and also your net connection.

Try using the web version of SL or delete the app and download it again

Is that happening for all codes or a single one code?

Sometimes and rarely it happens like that for some.
SoloLearn Devs only can say.. You may be do it later..
You can ask by mailing to SL.
Try in others code also.. If the same problem exists, you should mail to info@sololearn.com for the bug.
If the code is your own code, try to make new copy and try add comments.. May it works...

Had the same issue, but I realized that I had not Activated by account. Perhaps you should look for the activation email and activate your account. Worked for me! Cheers!

Hi, I tried all your suggestions, but unfortunately none worked... I still can not comment on app a code I would like to comment...

[edit] I've just tried to comment another code: it worked. But I'm still not able to comment the code I wanted to comment: I receive the same message "no connection", only for that code...

Thank you really much for your help, then I'll wait till tomorrow, and eventually report the problem to SL.
The code I'm trying to comment is not mine, however, but it's similar to mine... that's why I really wanted to comment it😆
