What should I do to bulk copy the same text from wordpress portfolios to a text file?

I have to copy the same text from all the portfolios to a text file. It is very formulaic but I haven't done enough of this to know where to get the answer of how to do this. Can someone tell me where to look for this answer or provide an answer?
