Full-stack web developer is a web developer that can single-handedly create a functional website. To be a full stack developer you must know:
1. Front-end design with html, css and javascript
2. Server-side development with a scripted language
3. Vector graphic design
4. Bitmap image manipulation
5. Progressive web apps
6. Database management
7. And some additional skills that look good on a resume

Full stack developer can work on front end as well as backend technology...If you want to become a full stack developer then first choose a programming lang. (my suggestion is Java/ python) as your weapon and then start learn front end tech. ( html, css, js, jq, bootstrap )and Start practicing...and also learn dbms...
