Is the choice of e-Commerce platforms effecting SEO?

Hi we do not want to code everything on our own homepages, therefore, we chose to use Shopify for our eCommerce platform but I am struggling to get the ranking I want on my sites ( www.mybaser.com,www.mybaser.de, and www.mybaser.de) we moved from Wordpress to Shopify and the ranking dropped (its 5 mounts since) and I have not been able to get the ranking up again. Can Shopify really have destroyed my ranking on google?! Best
