i need help with SQL

Question

i have a pretty old PC , intel core duo and I'm unable to run Oracle database on it. are there any other alternatives for practicing SQL and PL/SQL.
like we have ..eclipse, for Java.

use MySQL from Microsoft

you could use sqlite which is a one file database and runs on different platforms
