What is the difference between machine learning and deep learning

machine learning is testing and training a dumb machine on some datasets..
deep learning is about training an already trained machine on more and distinct datasets to improve efficiency and produce less error output.. like google does on its apps..
Both the terms are nearly same but there is a small difference..
