How to call a HTML table <td> value in contact form for sending mail?

Question

In wordpress text editor i have created a html table, *Name:*, *Address:,* & a button *Submit*.
When user click on submit button than user redirect on contact form page and i want to show there user Name.
so how to print html td value in contact form.
Note: I am using PHP in contact form.
