I have been having this problem too...
I completed 50 challenges and didn't get the badge until a few days after when I should have earned it. I have now won 50 challenges and still don't have the badge.
Try rebooting your tablet and exiting the app and reopening it.
If this problem continues, send an email to [e-mail] and they can help you.

Why is the badge so important to you? Did you like SQL? Did you understand the language?
I stick to a programming language and try to master it!
