C# or Java?

Question

As an python programmer and game developer, I find python great at doing tasks I want, making smaller and making simple applications. I love it! But I wanna learn something that I can make better, faster games and apps with. Would c# be better for this? and is there a way to use python with c#?
I know a little js and I believe unity uses c# and has a UnityScript thats heavily based on js but I feel more comfortable using python but im willing to learn it.

C# has more practical uses than Java.
JavaScript is mainly used on websites, but C# is used with the Unity engine and more object oriented code/games
