Do you find coding tutorial walkthroughs effective ?

Are they helpful towards making one a better programmer or they are just teaching how to memorise.

I think it really depends on how you use them. Yes they may teach how to memorise but if you still put in to practice EVERYTHING that it is teaching then yes it will help you to improve
