How to dynamically create frop down options in web page?

Question

I am designing a course registration page so I want to create a dynamic drop down select option to select branch.Firstly one will select either btech or mtech then another dd select bar will appear and now he has to select branch ee,cse,it,etc. I have created one but it has some problem help me!
