Why are there so many computer languages c, c++, Java. Who has the time to learn them all.

No one asked you to learn them all. Just learn whichever one you want to. If you are a beginner, start with python and ruby as these will help you grasp the concept of programming. Then think about what you are gonna do. Make apps? Learn Java or C. Webpages? Learn HTML, CSS to start with web. Somethin related to databases? Learn SQL. It totally depends on what you want to make.

well we dont need to learn all the languages just learn the concept that how they work how object oriented works and then you can easily learn any language

Each language has its own purpose and features that another language can't do. Once you learn one, it becomes relatively simple to learn the others as syntax tends to be similar. šŸ˜Š
