I want to create a website but only have html and css knowledge. So whatever I make wont look as neat as this .How do make something like this

Try this order: HTML ➡ CSS ➡ JavaScript ➡ JQuery ➡ PHP ➡ SQL ➡ Anything else you fancy! 😉 It will help you make a great website. Happy Coding 😃

please be more descriptive!A good webpage doesn't necessarily need J's,several static webpages work with JavaScript,just try using that CSS to the fullest and you even forget J's existed!
