Need guidance! !!

I want to learn to make pc softwares and android apps using c++.How should I proceed? Please help!!

For starters: Complete this Course and also do many many code challenges! This app is really good at keeping you engaged and the challenges keep you on your toes.
Also start to play around with some code youself: Install an IDE (ie: CodeBlocks) and work out some of your ideas for this project you want to do. Think small: break it down in really small problems and do them one per one.
What also helped me greatly was to get a small portable but fast lapto for when I'm on the go. This way you can use any downtime for programming. Also set aside some specific time regularly, and then use it! No excuses. Sit down and do the work!

Thanks can you guide me how to do it using visual studio and what tools are required. I am pretty good at algorithms but all I am doing is solving maths problems and drawing tables .I have completed all the courses here. Its not taking me anywhere towards app develolment .Can you tell me what else I need to learn . I am good at making problem solving programs but how do I proceed towards making desktop softwares and mobile apps.
