either use pure html and CSS... or go for any cms..
or use frameworks
and there is a third option u can create a website in Photoshop and then convert the PSD to html

yes.. Photoshop doesn't mean that u won't have to write codes.. it just makes it easy for the developer to write code because the site color,image, height width margin padding everything u have already created in Photoshop.. so if u r using brackets.io u can easily tap every element and get the exact values from the Photoshop file

😂😂 tis true, tis true. I just hate they font choices and with so many options I still feel restricted in so many ways. I had an easier time watching my ex wife give birth to our kids lol
