How to control webpage working step by step

Question

As example first I want only search box then I want to display the information which is searched.i want to make a menu for searched example as anybody biography as profile,about us and etc.How can I do this please explain me

From your profile, you have started HTML course here on SL, I advice that you complete it and also learn to focus on forms and navbar also start CSS course as it will help you in styling your navbar (page navigation). When you are familiar with HTML and CSS, you will be able to design beautiful navbars.
As for the searched result of a user, you will need to learn PHP and MySQL to be able to understand how to retrieve results from the database (where users information are stored).
