"Hey! The key is consistency over intensity. Start small—just 10–15 minutes a day—and gradually increase. Make practice a non-negotiable part of your routine, like brushing your teeth. I personally found that tracking progress and rewarding small wins keeps the habit alive. It’s normal to struggle at first, but momentum builds quickly once you start. Keep going!" Plus Don't Doubt Yourself Believe that You're growing and at every moment that's the sole thing that matters, Keep Going !! You'll Make it !!

A simple, modern trick is to put your time frame, as in, how much time you want to give to programming, what you'd like to achieve and some ideas on things you could do to A.I. and tell it to create a practise/lesson calendar for you. You need discipline to stick to it. Of course, if you miss the slot, you can make it up or do it earlier etc.

Atiq-i want you to know that you are doing great already but here is what you can do as well :Treat practice like a tiny daily snack for your brain—just 10–15 minutes. Start small, trick yourself with the 2-minute rule, and celebrate every little win like you just beat a boss level. Keep it fun, mix it up, and soon your “lazy self” won’t stand a chance—you’ll be a learning ninja without even noticing.
