I finished the introduction to python course and started the intermediate python course, and realized that there is a python developer course which is essentially just the previous two combined together with the exact same lessons. But in order to complete the developer course you need to redo all of the same lessons again. Is there a way the completed lessons from different courses (if repeated) can be recognized in both courses?

Jenny, while many will agree that it seems awkward to do introduction, then intermediate, then a developer course covering the same material... it is meant to strengthen users' foundational knowledge using Python.

Sololearn treats each course separately for certification, even if they contain overlapping lessons. The Python Developer course combines Introduction and Intermediate Python, but completing it reinforces concepts you may have missed. I found that redoing familiar lessons helped strengthen my skills.
This also happens with Web Development and Frontend courses, which bundle HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure better retention. While it may seem repetitive, it’s designed to reinforce learning. If you want, you can focus on just the new parts, but completing everything earns an extra certificate.
