Please clarify programming language.

Animation is possible mostly in web codes, and there are several different techniques.
- SVG (scalable vector graphics) embedded in the HTML or as an external file
- CSS transformations and keyframes
- Javascript on canvas element

You can learn about all these techniques in the Sololearn courses.

In Python we can create animated gif with a little creativity, using Pillow package.

Animation is not inherently a programming topic. We don’t know what language you are using, or frankly if you are using one at all (we’ve had users ask about learning Adobe Photoshop techniques here, which is completely off-topic). Please be way more specific (and don’t tag questions with assumables like Sololearn when you are on Solilearn, that’s silly).
