Yes that is known bug already reported for me and also for some member's still it's invisible.

Activity Circle mean Wagon Wheel of Challenges which is not showing to Some users

I never heard of activity circle. I'm on the Android app. Is it a feature somewhere else?

I see you added a description of it. Yeah, I remember that thing from last year. It was in each person's Profile. An acquaintance here had achieved 100% in every pie slice except one. I don't see it on the Android app now. I generally ignore that kind of stuff anyway, so I didn't even notice it was gone until you mentioned it.
