Creating a new program?

I work for a small business and want to help my boss by creating a program to share our locations with her and be able for all of us to put in our clock in and out times in the same program. We clean house so we clock in and out quite a few times throughout the day and we have to text her every time we clock in and out. I want to change this so it's more convenient for us and her as well. But I don't really know where to start. There's 10 employees total.

If this is an android app then learn Java. Not JavaScript. If you want to create it yourself from scratch then you must know how to code. It could take up to six months to get a true understanding on how to implement the things you want to do for your app. You can learn all about android app development. https://developer.android.com/docs If you're not really interested in programing and need something sooner. You may try no code or low-code practices to help speed up your task. These are just short cut ways with visual aid to help avoid the need to do much coding or any code at all. However, there is still a learning curve. You may learn more about no code or low code in the following links. https://kissflow.com/no-code/no-code-overview/ https://www.mendix.com/low-code-guide/

As Chris Coder perfectly said, depending on the speed... another option is to pay someone on fiverr or freelancer or upwork etc to develop such an app for you.

You need to work out precisely what you want the system to do. It might be some app or system already exists that you could use which might be quicker and cheaper than building one yourself and TESTED Graeme
