Question

Hi, I understand that these forums are not to be used for advertisement, but is it allowed for me (or anyone else) to post a link, or make aware some sort of collaborative coding work, or less generally, can I post a link for a repo I have made on GitHub, and help promote working together on it here, being a coding forum?
I understand if this is not allowed, but it is appreciated for further clarification if this is allowed.
