At which point should I start freelancing?

I'm new to web dev. I learnt the basics of HTML, CSS, JS and now I'm learning React. The question is after learning React, can I start freelancing? or should I learn full stack (like learn php, sql), then get into freelance?

Do both ! Freelancing would involved you browsing through jobs and seeing what you can and can’t do. This should tell you how much you have left to learn.
