How is HTML Not a programming language Help me get a clear Meaning of HTML, it is a script tags But why not a programming lang.Solo learn should give a clear mening about HTML as I was revising Html I was confused about Html

Short answer....

HTML in a sense does not do anything that a programming language does.
eg:-- it doesn't have loops, you cannot declare function or variables etc
It is just a structure which tells the browser where the title is or heading is.

A programming language needs to be capable of running actions in sequence, making decisions, and looping instructions. HTML isn't capable of doing any of them. It simply marks up text to look a certain way in the browser.
It's like how writing a Word document involves moving, coloring, resizing, and otherwise modifying text and pictures. That involves no programming, only choosing how you want it to look. You can even see that markup if you open the file outside of Word.
