How to make marquee tag come from right or left?

though it is not used, but some people needs to learn history for comming up with new ideas or knowledges,
by saying so ,
marquee direction is controled using -> "direction" attribute,
example ,

<marquee direction="left"> I am going Left </marquee>

or

<marquee direction="right">I am going to Right</marquee>

Marquee is no longer surported by html5 but you can use the css animation
