Who other than me has a bug when they click on a comment notification?

Please elaborate the question...what do you mean...when you click on a notification that someone has commented on your code and when you click on it there is no comment at all

That is not a bug

Because the person who commented may have deleted the comment before you read it.
(Maybe I am wrong)
