Login-Problem

Question

When I try to login with my computer, sololearn keeps on reloading the login-page, so I can't log in. Few days ago it worked without any problems. Anyone got the same problem?

I'm facing the same problem now - but on my phone. However, I never had such a problem before. That reloading-loop is kinda weird.

Deleting the cookies was solving it for me. 👌

Go to the startpage of your browser, delete all cookies, maybe delete the history, exit the browser, restart it, go to Sololearn's homepage and try to log in.

Lately I noticed several more bugs on Sololearn Web, e.g. I couldn't save my codes...

Hello everyone!

I cleared history, cookies and etc. in Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, but still couldn't log in.

Then I clicked on the courses menu without logging in, selected a course I was attending, I tried logging in while on this page and it was successful.

I still can't login the normal way, but I can login every time with the above method.

Like bad internet-connection? If you mean that, I don't think so. It just keeps on reloading over and over. I'll try to delete cookies. Maybe that will help.

Okay so I got the same problem and removing my cookies and the history wasn't enough. In my console I was getting this error : net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT, and it turned out that add bolockers don't work well this the website, I turned the add blockers off and now I can log in again :D
