It really depends on what you look to do in the future; after beginning to learn basically all of the languages I prefer learning C++ because I feel like it doesn't really cut any corners so you can understand the full processes in a bit more depth naturally.

I'm learning lots of languages and I like all of them. I see purpose on most of them.

I'm learning ruby as my main language. Everything I learn I try to do it in python, which is very similar, and then java, c#.

This also made it easy to understand PHP.
