Which one is right

k = (1,)
j = (1,)
print(j is k)

in some ides like sublime text it is giving True but in some others it is giving False which one is true and why the other one is giving incorrect output

There is no chance for false here because both are identical .

I tried in my ide also .

can you mentione the name of Ide in which it is shown false
