I started a Youtube channel containing various tutorials a few years ago, not on programming, but on solving rubikā€˜s cubes (problem solving and algorithms is also a topic). I tried it using English as a language for my videos, and some of them might be okay, but using your native language can be a huge advantage: the audience might not have enough tutorials already (maybe there arenā€˜t enough videos in that language) and you can become well known rather easily, so that you can also post english videos after a while. Preparing videos (tutorials especially) means you have to know exactly what you want to show, how to do it in a reasonably time without spending to many minutes on unnecessesary stuff. You can kind of write all steps and major points down so that you donā€˜t forget them during the recording. For recording the screen you can look up OBS Studio as a software. And in youtube, ads will only display once you are a valid youtube partner with enough subscribers and watch time.
