Learning without application of your knowledge is not good for your progress. What you have learnt is enough to develop a website (both front-end and back-end). So i recommend that you do some projects like a portfolio website etc just to test your knowledge. Thereafter, you may proceed to the PHP or JS frameworks like CodeIgnitor, Laravel, Angular, Vue.js, React, Node.js etc.
