Fixed positioned header goes to the topmost whenever I scroll down and hit the hamburger icon.

I want the header to stay in place when I hit the hamburger icon wherever I scroll. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you scroll down first, then click the hamburger icon — the nav bar on the left goes up which I don’t intend to do. I want it to stay on the same spot...
