The position is different on a cell phone than on a PC

Question

Please, someone tell me why this is happening. I need to fix it, I made a code, you can see it in my profile, it calls: "Snowy says hi", and this code I did it my PC, because my cell is broken :(, and the position is so dfferent when I see it in a cell phone. So that is my problem, and please someone explaine me why this is happenning, what can I do?, How can I fix it?. Please :(

RRAV you can use media query or bootstrap library for managing the view for mobile application so just link your code with bootstrap😉

Your phone's screen and your PC's screen does not have the same layout. Therefore they can't output the same view of on web.
Your phone's screen is in a portrait mode while that of your PC is in landscape.
