Why isn’t there any challenge for CSS, SQL, PHP?

Question

When challenging someone, I can find only some of the programming courses to challenge an opponent! Like, HTML, JAVA, C++
But till now, I can't find any option for CSS, SQL, PhP & Other.

There is challenges of PHP in the app but sql is not present as the weapon
