What to learn in web dev after html.

i completed html just now, and I want to excel in WEB DEV, Which language should I start now?? JS Css or Php or any other suggestions...

CSS,JS,PHP. In this order.

Jou started with HTML which is good, then start learning CSS after that continue with JS and sum it up with PHP.
After you learned that start learning frameworks and librarys:
Bootstrap, jQuery, Angular2, AJAX, etc...
