Where to learn frameworks?

This app is awesome! Minimum text and maximum info. But there is a problem. There are courses only on plain languages but not frameworks. And you can't get a job as a junior dev without knowing frameworks. So I need to learn asp.net MVC and I can't find a good resource or app to learn it. There are resources with vague info, or with a lot of text or watch time and very little info. Can you help me please?
