Think about something first, it will be very confusing to actually make stuff on your own at some point without any goal or motivation, in my opinion.

As Qwertiony already said, first you need a goal and a solid idea of what do you want to create.
For websites you will need HTML,CSS and Javascript.
For games you will probably need C++ or maybe C#(if you use Unity)
