W3.css Vs. Bootstrap

Guys please help me out here. Which one is better for frontend designing and stuff w3.css or bootstrap? and why?

Depends what you are trying to do. Different frameworks for different projects. If you need something small weight look up Bulma or Skeleton CSS frameworks. Bootstrap is bloated beats! I mostly use it for quick prototyping.

its better if you dont use any frameworks, just use the native css, and you will get the full handling of your css
