I know this is kinda dumb question, but I'm not from programming background and after knowing a thing or two about python I decided to learn another language. But o lord Im confused. Anyone kind enough to help a brother out? This would be cheating but is there a language as simple as Python which I can learn without devoting too much time on it? I hardly get 4 hours a day due to my shitty job. Help me out bros.

Like Python, JavaScript is pretty straightforward. Node.js is simple, but SoloLearn does not teach it.

In response to Jan Markusā€™s comment, as I had said in my original post, I use Node.JS, which allows the use of NPM modules, one of which (fs) allows access to the file system. If you want more information on it, Iā€™d be more than happy to answer any questions I can.

@Jax Yeah, bro. I found HTML the easiest as well, but HTML is not a programming language. It is a markup language and can be easly learnt in like two weeks.... It is kinda cool.

Have you tried HTML? I did it and python, yet found HTML the easiest of the two.

I had HTML in mind but was not clear about it's usefulness in a job change.
