How do I can comment on a code on tablet?

I clicked on a notification that I had a comment on my code but it don't shows me anything!!!

it is only on Android app perhaps only on smartphone so not in tablet its not in website too it was me who commented there becuase the post has become full.

no it's not on a computer in computer there is only upvote and down vote it's in phones try rotating your device I mean tablet or install Android emulators and set screen size as smartphone or install Android like os it has windows of app resize that to smartphone size

thank you for helping me. Now I Know that I can rotate it vertical.

But I don't understand why they don't let you click on it if it's horizontal.
