read the lesson, do the exercises.
carefully.
don't speedrun it.

even better if you do extra research on your own about parts of the lessons you are unsure of.

Sololearn... Solo... learn
be independent, resourceful, self-reliant.
you are doing it for yourself.

finishing a lesson or a course without learning anything is just time wasted.

post questions on parts that are not clear to you.

I'd have to add that you can ask AI for explanations, too. Yes, AI sometimes makes mistakes, but that's usually not common.
Additionally, from my own experience, I can share that it's definitely a good idea to read carefully and not speedrun the lessons to get the maximum out of learning a new concept with the lessons.
For code examples, you can also ask AI.
