I live in syria almost every thing is banned and a need an app to help me with my web project such as saving bug finding and go on i tryd the usuals and most popular but they were banned and i am using windows 7(ik am poor thats why am learning).and thx

I did some research and for Windows 7 and places where apps are banned maybe try code editors like:

Visual Studio Code Portable version (if you can download it)

Notepad++ for basic coding

Offline documentation (download docs)

You can try downloading them from alternative websites if you don't have acces to the main ones.

Win 7 may be hard to find stuff for, especially depending how broad the countries internet filters are.

If supported in your browser, websites with PWA support can be "installed" for offline usage. For example VSCode is at https://vscode.dev/, and a lot of different programming language documentation is available at https://devdocs.io/.
