What should i learn first?

It depends on you and your needs. If you like to work on front end web development HTML, CSS and js are good choices to get start.
If you like back end web development Ruby and PHP are the choices.
If you like to get familiar with programming world and it's logic don't lose Python.
By the way I recommend you taking all of these courses.
