I’ve seen that your problem is “app crashing”. I may be able to help you, so let’s get started!

1) Is it when you try to access a program? If so, it may be because of your device. It if does work or not, try to delete the app and reinstall it.

2) if step #1 doesn’t work, then it might be sololearn itself. Try emailing at: [e-mail] (this method will probably help more).
