You can use c++ in visual studio. Visual Studio community verdion is free to use. You can download it here. https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/vs/community/ Also look for "code blocks" it is a IDE for c++ http://www.codeblocks.org/ https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/1798191/?ref=app Sorry, I do not have experience with python
