Insert html with JavaScript.

Help!
This same code in the computer (in chrome or firefox) inserts the text n the html and automatically deletes it but in a cell phone rhe text remains fixed.

Questions:

1) what is the error in the JS?
2) How could I validate the form only with jQuery?
