Is it possible to create apps and games using solo learn?

^And web codes are slow as hell. Some just hang.
Get PC. If you think you can't afford it, think again. You can get one by:
- Buying an old one for ~50 bucks. If it runs slow, install Debian with only the base system. Then add what you need: X, Fluxbox, apps.
- Bin diving and get a free PC. If it's slow, see the above.
- If you're technically inclined, get an SBC. A Rasberry PIZero W is like ~10 bucks. There are loads of boards besides R-Pi's.
